The glass bottle - vial with black atomizer and black top is a practical, professional-looking packaging for packaging liquid products where the cleanliness of the packaging, the stability of the material and reliable storage are decisive. Glass is popular for its material neutrality and ease of maintenance when working in both smaller and larger batches. Thanks to its dark glass design, it also naturally contributes to the protection of the contents from light and UV radiation, which is particularly appreciated by more sensitive ingredients (oils, extracts, active ingredients). This packaging is food grade in the parameters, so it is also suitable for selected food applications.
The combinations of containers and caps, which are created directly at Handymade, are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and packaging behaviour in contact with the specific formulation). Yes. The dark glass naturally reduces the transmission of light and UV rays, making it suitable for ingredients sensitive to degradation (such as oils, extracts and some actives). For stability, we recommend storing the product out of direct sunlight and using a cap with a good quality seal.
Yes. The packaging is food grade and suitable for liquid nutritional supplements, tinctures and extracts intended for internal use. When filling, ensure cleanliness, proper closure and storage according to the requirements of the specific contents.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each refill, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected (ALK001 / ALK002) - for example, using IPA 99% (isopropyl alcohol) or Ethanol 96%. Allow the packaging to dry completely before filling.
Spray functionality is mainly influenced by viscosity, the presence of solid particles and the behaviour of the ingredients in contact with the dispenser components. We recommend filling the container with the final formulation, testing the dispersion, dose and shot consistency under normal use, and verifying that there is no clogging or changes in performance over time.
If you choose not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it. Rinse the glass bottle after consuming the contents and dispose of in a glass container. Separate the atomizer and top from the glass and sort them into the plastic bin (the components are plastic). Separating the parts will make sorting easier and improve recyclability.
