The glass bottle with spray pump is a professional packaging solution suitable for gentle and even dispersion of liquid preparations. Thanks to the stable glass and high-quality mechanical spray pump, it is ideal for filling cosmetic and technical solutions that require practical, hygienic and precise dosing in the form of a fine mist.
The packaging is suitable for liquid products that need even application on the skin, hair, surfaces or into the surrounding space. The glass container provides good chemical resistance to common cosmetic formulations, while the spray pump ensures controlled dosing without the content coming into contact with the hands, which contributes to the maintenance of the product’s stability and purity.
The combination of the glass bottle and spray pump is created on Handymade as a functional set, suitable for immediate use without the need to search for compatible components. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the given product and packaging will work reliably together in the long term.

Yes, the bottle and the spray pump can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example a technical alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and prolongs the usability of the packaged product.
This type of packaging is most suitable for liquid products with low to medium viscosity that are to be applied in the form of a fine spray. These are mainly facial and body waters, floral hydrolats, air fresheners, hair sprays, disinfectant solutions and cleaning preparations intended for manual spraying. Thick emulsions or gels are generally not suitable for this type of dosing, therefore we recommend carrying out trial testing before the final filling.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and leaving it to dry. Afterwards it is advisable to rinse the glass part and, where possible, also the components of the spray pump with disinfectant alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated and complete drying, you can refill the packaging. When cleaning the spray pump, it is practical to fill it with a small amount of alcohol and press several times so that the inner capillary and nozzle are flushed.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after removing product residues and separating the plastic spray pump. The spray pump itself and any plastic parts must be sorted according to the material type indicated in the product parameters table. Before handing over to separated collection, it is advisable to rinse the packaging to remove product residues and facilitate recycling processing.
