The glass bottle with dispensing closure represents a reliable packaging for professional and home formulations where cleanliness, stability and more precise dosing are important. Thanks to the durable glass and practical dispenser, it is suitable for packaging liquid cosmetic products as well as concentrated blends for which controlled application of the contents is desirable. The bottle is intended for filling various types of formulations that require high-quality protection from external influences and comfortable application for the end user.
This packaging is supplied as a functional combination of glass bottle and dispensing closure, which allows convenient and controlled application of the product directly from the bottle. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging will function reliably also with your particular recipe.

Yes, the bottle can be used repeatedly if proper hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Packaging prepared in this way is then suitable for safe refilling with your own formulations.
Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the bottle, checking the internal cleanliness and making sure that there are no mechanical impurities or remnants of packaging material inside. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface and the closure, for example using alcohol-based products. Only after complete drying is the packaging ready for filling with the final product. This procedure is particularly important for sensitive formulations and products intended for contact with the skin.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend emptying it, removing any product residues and separating the individual parts according to material. Throw the glass bottle into a container intended for glass, and sort the plastic or metal parts of the closure according to local recycling rules. In this way you contribute to more efficient waste sorting and a responsible approach to packaging materials.
The glass bottle is suitable for packaging various types of liquid products, including lighter oil blends and medium-viscosity formulations. However, the functionality of the packaging always depends on the specific product type and its viscosity, therefore we recommend conducting trial testing of dosing and application before series filling. This way you verify whether the dispensing mechanism works smoothly, whether the packaging does not clog and whether the application is comfortable for the end user.
