The glass bottle with cream dispenser represents a practical and professional solution for packaging thicker cosmetic preparations, emulsions and treatment blends. Solid glass combined with the dispensing mechanism enables comfortable, hygienic and controllable use for both home and professional cosmetic production. Thanks to the selected material, the contents are protected from external influences and properly stabilised during storage as well as with repeated use of the packaging.
The glass bottle with cream dispenser is supplied as a functional set of packaging and dispensing system, designed for convenient use of thicker products. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the dispenser is designed to be suitable for most common creamy formulations, emulsions and emulgels. For very thick or, conversely, very thin products, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling and testing the dosing, piston return and sealing of the packaging during longer-term storage.
The packaging can be reused provided that strict hygiene rules are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, checked for mechanical wear and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured, plant-based. Only then is the packaging ready for safe refilling.
First we recommend rinsing the bottle free of product residues with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to dry completely. After drying, the packaging must be disinfected with alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol), pouring a small amount inside, shaking, and if necessary pumping it through the dispenser and allowing it to evaporate. Clean the dispensing mechanism carefully to avoid mechanical damage or clogging of the system.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the recommendations given in the parameter table for the product. The glass part is usually placed in the container intended for glass, and the plastic and metal parts of the dispenser should be separated and sorted according to local waste collection rules. Before recycling, rinse the bottle free of any remaining contents to avoid contamination of the recycling stream.

In the advanced filter, packaging can be sorted by neck type, size, colour and material, which allows you to quickly choose the packaging that will best match the parameters of your product and the method of application.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable for final products as well as for testing new formulations where you need to verify dosing, stability, behaviour of the texture and application comfort. For trial batches we recommend filling smaller quantities, monitoring changes in consistency, colour and fragrance under normal storage conditions and verifying that the dispenser works reliably even after a longer period of use.
