Before first filling, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with a suitable medium according to the type of formulation) and then disinfecting it. For disinfection, you can use for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96 %. After disinfection, allow the bottle and the dropper to air out thoroughly and dry completely in order to minimize residual alcohol odor and to ensure the best possible compatibility with the final product.

The packaging can be used repeatedly if strict hygiene principles are observed, but we recommend always keeping it for one type of product (for example only for oil serums). Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly washed, checked for mechanical wear and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % or Ethanol 96 %. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and of undesirable reactions between residues of the original product and the new formulation.

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the type of the individual parts specified in the product parameters. After emptying and basic rinsing, place the glass part of the bottle in the separated glass collection. The remaining components, such as the plastic-rubber dropper and the cap, should be separated and placed into the appropriate separated waste according to the material composition recommended in the parameter table. In this way, you minimize environmental burden and support the recycling process.

The dropper is most suitable for low-viscosity and medium-viscosity liquids, such as aqueous solutions, oil serums, fluid emulsions or extracts. For very thick formulations, dosing may be less smooth and it is necessary to verify whether the dropper ensures sufficiently comfortable application. We therefore recommend, before final market launch or long-term use, to test the behavior of the specific formula in combination with this type of pipette.
