The glass dropper bottle represents a professional packaging solution suitable for precise and comfortable dispensing of cosmetic and galenic preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional dispensing mechanism, it is ideal for filling liquid and slightly viscous formulations where stability, cleanliness and protection of the contents during storage and use are important.
The packaging is designed to allow safe and controlled dispensing for everyday home care as well as professional use. The glass design reduces the risk of interaction between the contents and the packaging, helping to preserve the properties of sensitive active substances, aromatic oils and other effective ingredients.
The combination of bottle and dispenser assembled in this way is designed as a functional and user-friendly unit. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging also works reliably with your particular product.

The glass dropper bottle is generally a suitable choice also for formulations containing essential oils, since glass is a material with good chemical resistance. However, we recommend always carrying out your own stability test of the specific formula over time and under the planned storage conditions, in order to verify the behaviour of the product in contact with the packaging and the dispenser.
The packaging can be reused if correct hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend carefully cleaning the bottle and the dispensing mechanism and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example isopropyl alcohol IPA 99 % or plant-derived ethanol Ethanol 96 %. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and extend the lifetime of both the product and the packaging.
Before first use, we recommend mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing with a suitable medium according to the product type), then allowing it to dry thoroughly and disinfecting it with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely evaporated is the packaging ready for filling, thereby reducing the risk of contamination and affecting the stability of your product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle should, after rinsing and removing any remaining contents, be placed in a container intended for glass. The dispensing mechanism (containing plastic and possibly metal parts) should be sorted according to local waste separation rules or handed over at a collection point. By following these principles, you support responsible handling of packaging and material recovery of raw materials.
