Glass dropper bottle with matte dropper is a professional packaging solution suitable for precise dosing of drops and small amounts of liquids. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and the sealing dropper, it is ideal for careful packaging of cosmetic products as well as concentrated blends where controlled application and protection of the contents from external influences are important.
This type of dropper bottle is designed to provide reliable sealing, clean dosing and a professional appearance of the packaging. It is particularly suitable for formulations that require hygienic, spot or dropwise application without unnecessary contact with the remaining contents inside the container.
The glass bottle – dropper bottle is offered on Handymade so that it is compatible with several types of closures and dosing options according to the selected parameters. Depending on the specific combination, it is possible to use screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators intended for targeted product application.
The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – verify sealing, dosing method and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, oil content, alcohol or active substances content).
All technical parameters of the packaging are stated in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle is commonly used for various oil‑based and drop‑dosage preparations such as facial oils, serums or aromatherapy blends. For thicker formulations, we recommend that before launching on the market you test whether the selected dropper type ensures sufficiently smooth dosing for you, or, if necessary, adjust the viscosity of the formula or choose a different type of applicator.
The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each filling, both the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimise the risk of microbial contamination of the product. For disinfection, we recommend using technical alcohol – for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol available on Handymade in the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96% denatured plant‑based, while the instructions for use and safety recommendations must be followed.
We recommend always storing filled dropper bottles upright, well closed, in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. The stability of the product is also influenced by the composition of the formula, so it is advisable to follow the recommendation for the given formulation (for example sensitivity to light or temperature) and, if necessary, also choose a secondary packaging such as a carton box or an opaque storage container.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before disposal, we recommend emptying the bottle and rinsing it out where possible. The glass part can be placed in the container intended for glass in standard waste separation systems. The dropper and any plastic or rubber components must be sorted according to the material specified in the product parameters and local recycling rules (most often with plastic waste or mixed waste if separation of the given material is not available).
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter, you can clearly set parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour and material, and thus easily narrow the offer down only to the packaging options that match your formula, brand design and preferred dosing method.
