White Glass Bottle, Glossy Golden White Pump, 30 ml

A glass bottle with a pump dispenser in a volume of 30 ml is a complete ready-to-fill set for serums, light emulsions, and facial oils dispensed in small amounts without finger contact with the contents. The white vial-shaped bottle is opaque, reduces light exposure to the filling, and is also suitable for formulations with active ingredients sensitive to light. The dispenser in a white and gold glossy finish colour-coordinates with the bottle, so the set looks cohesive even without any further customisation.

The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics. It is not approved for contact with food, so it is intended exclusively for cosmetic products.

What the set is suitable for

• Serums and concentrates – one press delivers approximately 0.14 ml, which corresponds to a standard face serum dose. The contents do not spill and dosing is repeatable.
• Facial and hair oils – the dispenser draws oil from the bottle without tilting or dripping, which is especially useful with more expensive oils.
• Light emulsions and fluids – the dispenser handles liquid to medium-thick emulsions. For thick creams, a jar or airless packaging is a better choice.
• Hygienic dispensing – the contents do not come into contact with hands and are less exposed to air than in an open jar.

Nominal and total volume

Nominal volume is the amount the bottle is designed for under normal filling conditions. Total volume to the rim is the physical volume up to the neck and is slightly larger; both values can be found in the parameters. The difference between them forms a reserve for the dip tube and pump mechanism and for the expansion of the contents with temperature changes. The bottle should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the rim. Otherwise, when attaching the pump dispenser, part of the filling will be forced out through the neck.

What's good to know

Before the first filling, we recommend washing and disinfecting the bottle and dispenser with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allowing them to dry completely. The dispenser is disinfected by pumping alcohol through the mechanism and then pressing empty until the remainder has drained out.

After filling and attaching the pump dispenser, press the pump several times to prime the dip tube and mechanism until the first full dose comes out. The length of the dip tube matches the height of the bottle. If the tube presses against the bottom and bends, it can be carefully shortened with a straight cut.

The dispenser is made of plastic (PP) with an aluminium part; the bottle is made of glass. Glass is resistant to essential oils and alcohol-based contents. For formulations with a high proportion of essential oils or solvents, we recommend verifying the behaviour of the plastic parts of the dispenser that are in direct contact with the contents.

The bottle can be used repeatedly. Before refilling, thoroughly flush the dispenser with water and alcohol, as residues of the previous contents remain in the dip tube and mechanism. The straight cylindrical surface of the bottle serves as the label area; bottle dimensions can be found in the parameters. When recycling, the bottle goes into glass waste; the dispenser is a composite material and should be sorted separately from glass.
