Glass bottle – green with cream dispenser represents a professional packaging for semi‑liquid and viscous formulations, ideal for creams, serums and emulsions that require precise and hygienic dispensing. High‑quality glass in combination with the dispenser helps protect the sensitive contents from external influences and minimizes the product’s contact with air and contamination during use.
The green glass naturally limits light access to the contents, which is particularly advantageous for formulations with light‑sensitive components such as plant extracts, vitamins or essential oils. The combination of a glass bottle and a cream dispenser is suitable for liquid to thicker cosmetic and artisan products where comfortable, repeatable and controlled dispensing without unnecessary waste is important.
This glass bottle with cream dispenser is designed as a functional unit for convenient and precise dispensing of thicker cosmetic preparations. Packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations, we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dispensing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the glass packaging is stable and is commonly used for packaging serums, creams and emulsions containing active substances and plant extracts. Green glass helps reduce light penetration to the contents, which is advantageous for light‑sensitive components. However, for each new formulation we recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – in particular monitoring the appearance, fragrance and consistency of the product after a certain storage time.
The packaging can be reused if proper hygiene rules are followed. Before each filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol‑based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol of plant origin. After applying the disinfectant, allow all parts to dry completely to minimize the risk of microbial contamination of the finished product.
After filling the packaging and fitting the dispenser, first press the pump several times so that the system fills with product. Afterwards, a gentle press is sufficient to obtain a consistent amount of cream as needed. If you are working with thicker emulsions, it is recommended not to fill the bottle completely to the brim and to leave space for smooth uptake of the product by the dispenser. When changing the formulation, it is advisable to test whether the selected viscosity allows smooth dispensing.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material labelling given in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed in the glass container according to local sorting rules. The plastic components of the dispenser should be separated and handed over to the appropriate collection container according to the type of plastic, or to a recycling yard. Before recycling, always empty the packaging and remove product residues to support efficient waste processing.
The easiest way is to use the extended filter in the packaging category. After clicking on the relevant category at the top of the page, you will find the option to filter according to several parameters – specifically according to neck type, required size, colour and packaging material. Thanks to this, you can quickly select bottles, jars or other containers that will best match your formulation and the visual style of your brand.
Store filled packaging in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and significant temperature fluctuations. It is important that the dispenser is always properly tightened, which reduces the risk of unwanted product leakage or air ingress. For products with a higher content of natural oils and extracts, long‑term storage at a stable, rather lower room temperature is recommended, in line with the specifics of your formulation.
