Yes, the glass dropper bottle with dropper is suitable for most oil-based and active cosmetic preparations that are dosed drop by drop. However, we recommend always testing in advance the stability of your specific formulation in contact with the glass and the dropper under the intended storage conditions (temperature, light, storage duration). In the case of very specific or highly concentrated blends, it is advisable to carry out an internal compatibility test before the final filling of the entire batch.
The packaging can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dropper and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This will reduce the risk of microbial contamination and the influence of residues from the previous product on the new refill.
You can clean the glass part of the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and then rinse well. For the dropper, we recommend a gentler procedure – first mechanically remove the product residues, then rinse with lukewarm water and, if necessary, briefly rinse with alcohol. After washing, let all parts dry thoroughly at room temperature. Only then carry out disinfection and final drying before the next filling.

This allows you to quickly filter out only those bottles, dropper bottles or jars that meet your technical and aesthetic requirements.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after removing product residues and separating the closure, and it is advisable to follow local waste-sorting rules. Sort the closure with dropper separately according to the material indicated in the parameter table (e.g. plastic, rubber or composite materials) to ensure the most efficient processing in the recycling process.
