The glass bottle with spray pump represents a professional packaging suitable for precise and hygienic dispensing of liquid products in the form of a fine mist. It is ideal for packaging cosmetics, hygiene preparations and household blends where precise application, the aesthetic appearance of the packaging and comfort during use are important. Thanks to the glass used, the contents are protected from external influences and the stability of the material helps preserve the quality of the products throughout the entire period of use.
This product represents a complete combination of glass bottle and spray pump ready for immediate use. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify that the packaging suits your particular product.

Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray pump, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable preparation (for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol). For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After completely drying, you can refill the bottle.
The spray pump is suitable for low-viscosity liquids that need to be applied as a fine mist – for example toning waters, hydrolats, facial refreshing sprays, hair tonics, interior or pillow sprays, or hygiene solutions for hands. Thick emulsions, oil serums with higher viscosity or gels are mostly not suitable for this type of applicator, therefore it is advisable to perform a trial test before final filling.
First completely empty the packaging and take it apart – separate the bottle from the spray pump. Rinse the glass part with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and let it dry. Then we recommend disinfecting the bottle using a suitable alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. For the spray pump we recommend pumping a small amount of disinfectant solution through the system so that the inner tube and the mechanism are also cleaned. After completely drying, the container is ready for new filling.
Before recycling we recommend completely emptying the packaging and removing product residues. The glass part of the bottle is usually sorted into the container intended for glass, the plastic mechanism of the spray pump belongs to plastic waste or mixed waste according to local sorting rules. Adapt the specific method of recycling to the information about the material stated in the product parameters and to the collection rules in your region. If possible, prefer repeated use over single-use disposal.
