The glass bottle with black-gold spray pump represents an elegant and practical packaging for various liquid preparations where gentle and even application onto the skin, hair or a surface is important. Thanks to the high-quality glass and functional spray mechanism, this packaging is suitable for filling products that require precise and hygienic dosing in the form of a mist or fine spray. The combination of a prominently designed sprayer and a transparent bottle allows visual control of the contents and at the same time looks professional in both home and small-scale artisan cosmetics production.
This glass bottle with sprayer is already a finished, functional combination of packaging and dosing component, designed for convenient application of liquids in the form of a fine spray. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to verify the optimal functionality for your particular product.

Yes, the packaging design makes it suitable for various cosmetic sprays such as toners, floral waters, facial refreshers and body and hair sprays. Before filling, it is important to take into account the character of your formulation (viscosity, content of oils, alcohols, etc.) so that the sprayer delivers an even mist without clogging. It is recommended to make a trial batch and test the behaviour of the product over time.
The packaging can be reused provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimise the risk of microbial contamination or unwanted interaction of residues from the previous filling with the new product. For disinfection we recommend using alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based, and then letting all parts dry completely.
We recommend first rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning solution, then thoroughly rinsing it with water and finally disinfecting it with alcohol (for example, with preparations available on Handymade). The sprayer should be flushed through with lukewarm water and, if necessary, briefly sprayed through with an alcohol solution to clean the internal channel. After cleaning, let all components air-dry at room temperature and only fill when they are completely dry, to prevent dilution or deterioration of the product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend sorting it into the appropriate recycling stream according to the material information given in the product parameter table. The glass bottle can generally be placed in a glass container after any product residues have been removed. The sprayer, which is made up of several different material components, should, after thorough emptying and cleaning, be disposed of in accordance with local rules for mixed or packaging waste. When sorting, always follow local recommendations and the material labelling in the product parameters on the Handymade website.
