The glass bottle with glossy surface and dispenser represents an elegant and professional packaging solution suitable for carefully formulated cosmetic products as well as premium blends intended for external use. Thanks to the glass used, it is suitable for filling liquids, emulsions and lighter gels that require precise and hygienic dispensing by means of a pump. The opaque glass also helps to limit the access of light to the contents, which supports the stability of more light-sensitive components.
This bottle is a standalone packaging component that is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems according to the parameters selected in the offer. It can be combined, for example, with screw caps, droppers, spray pumps or practical applicators, which makes it easy to adapt the final packaging to the specific product type and method of use.
The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – checking the sealing, the reliability of the dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, content of oil and alcohol components, etc.).

Yes, the glass packaging can be used repeatedly if properly cared for. Before each new filling, however, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using suitable disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol of technical grade. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Adhering to hygiene principles is crucial for the safe repeated use of the packaging.
First, we recommend mechanically removing residues of the original product by rinsing with lukewarm water and a mild, well-rinsable cleaning agent. Afterwards, the packaging must be thoroughly rinsed with clean water, allowed to dry and only then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based preparation. For the dispenser, it is advisable to “pump through” the disinfectant solution several times so that the inner part of the mechanism is also treated. Before filling with a new product, make sure that no residues of cleaning or disinfecting agents remain in the packaging or in the dispenser.
If you decide not to use the packaging any further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the recommendation by material given in the product parameters. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after removal of any remaining contents and labels, into the appropriate glass collection container. The dispenser and any plastic parts are generally sorted according to the type of plastic indicated on the packaging marking or in the technical product parameters. Always follow local waste-sorting rules and the information in the parameter table next to the product on the Handymade website.
The bottle with dispenser is suitable primarily for liquid and semi-liquid cosmetic preparations such as facial serums, emulsions, lighter oil blends, fluids for face and body, hair serums or leave-in treatments. Thanks to the dispenser, it is convenient for products where precise application of a smaller amount of preparation is important. For formulations with very high viscosity, we recommend testing before final filling whether the dispenser ensures smooth dosing without excessive resistance.
