Glass bottle in glossy black finish with white cap with safety lock represents an elegant and professional packaging suitable for various types of liquid and partially viscous preparations. Thanks to the opaque dark glass, it helps protect the contents from light and contributes to the stability of sensitive components in products based on oils or active substances. This type of packaging is ideal for smaller doses of products where precise application, secure closing and visually attractive packaging prepared for labeling or printing are important.
This glass bottle is part of a modular packaging system that allows the final application method to be adapted to the specific product. The bottles are compatible with various types of caps and dosing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, sprayers or practical applicators) according to the parameters selected in the offer on the page. Combinations of packages and caps that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. Yes, glass packaging is generally a suitable choice for products containing essential oils and aromatic components, since glass is a stable material and, with a correctly chosen cap, helps maintain the fragrance and quality of the product. For the final formulation, we recommend performing your own compatibility test, including checking sealing and the behavior of the mixture during longer-term storage.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are followed. Before each filling, the bottle and the corresponding cap must be thoroughly cleaned, rinsed and then disinfected with a suitable disinfectant alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and evaporated is the packaging ready for refilling.
We recommend always storing filled bottles well closed, at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Although dark glass helps limit light penetration, you will achieve the best results when storing in a dry, shaded environment. For products with sensitive components, follow the specific product’s storage recommendations and, if necessary, add information directly on the label.
If you decide not to use the bottle further, we recommend that after emptying and basic cleaning you place it in sorted waste according to the materials listed in the product parameters. The glass part of the packaging is usually disposed of in the container designated for glass, while the cap and any additional plastic or metal components are sorted according to local waste management rules. Always remove product residues before recycling so that the packaging is as clean as possible.
