The glass bottle with dropper represents a professional and elegant packaging solution for various liquid cosmetic formulations, serums or concentrated oil blends. Thanks to the precise dropper closure, it allows convenient and controlled dispensing even with very low product viscosity. The glossy opaque glass helps protect the sensitive contents from external environmental influences and contributes to the stability of active ingredients during storage. The packaging is suitable for manufacturers, formulators and hobby creators who are looking for a representative and reliable bottle for finished products or test samples.
Glass bottles are compatible with various types of closures and dispensing systems (for example screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators) according to the selected parameters in the product detail. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99% – isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Only after thorough drying is the packaging ready for refilling.
First, we recommend mechanically removing residues of the original product by rinsing with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. After thoroughly rinsing with clean water, allow the bottle to drain and dry. It is then advisable to disinfect the packaging with an alcohol solution, for example using isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, and after the alcohol has evaporated, close the packaging or immediately fill it with a new product.
Glass bottles are generally very suitable for cosmetic formulas containing essential oils or sensitive active ingredients, since glass shows high chemical resistance and stability. When creating the formula, however, it is always necessary to verify the compatibility of the specific blend not only with the glass but also with the dropper and the sealing used. We therefore recommend carrying out a trial filling and a short-term stability test before introducing the product into regular use or sales practice.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a container intended for separated glass collection. The closure with dropper must be disassembled into individual components according to the materials they are made of, and then placed in the appropriate collection containers or handed over at a collection yard. Before recycling, always rinse the packaging to remove product residues in order to facilitate further processing.
