The glass bottle with dropper is a professional packaging material suitable for formulations that require precise dosing and reliable protection of the contents. Thanks to the high-quality glass and precise dropper closure, it is ideal for filling liquid products that need controlled dripping, hygienic application and stability during storage as well as use.
The opaque dark glass helps to reduce light penetration to sensitive components of the formula, which supports longer stability of fragrance, colour and active ingredients. The bottle is suitable for cosmetic, wellness and artisan products where not only functionality but also the aesthetic appearance of the finished product is important.
This glass bottle is sold as a separate packaging and is compatible with various types of closures and dispensing options according to the selected parameters – for example with screw caps, droppers, spray heads or practical applicators. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the packaging are specified in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed and the material is not damaged. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol-based product, for example with IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. A bottle prepared in this way is suitable for safe reuse with a new formulation.
Before the next use, we recommend disassembling the bottle and the individual parts of the dropper, cleaning them mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent, rinsing thoroughly and allowing them to dry completely. Then disinfect the packaging with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After the alcohol has evaporated and everything is completely dry, the bottle is ready for a new filling.
The simplest way to choose is to use the advanced filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the advanced filter, you can conveniently sort packaging according to parameters such as neck type, size, colour or material. This allows you to quickly find the bottle, vial or jar that will best suit the specific product and dosing method.
The bottle with dropper is particularly suitable for products that are used in small quantities and require precise drop-by-drop dosing. These are mainly facial and eye serums, oil elixirs, concentrated active solutions, aromatherapeutic blends, herbal extracts and specialised treatment products. We always recommend testing the compatibility of the specific formula with the glass and with the components of the dropper.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it according to the material type specified in the parameter table on the product page. The glass part should be placed in the appropriate glass container once it has been freed from product residues. The dropper and any additional plastic or rubber components must be sorted according to their material composition in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. In this way, you support responsible handling of packaging materials and a reduction of environmental impact.
The glass bottle with dropper is also suitable for transporting a smaller amount of products, provided that the dropper is properly tightened and the product has an appropriate viscosity. Before travelling, we recommend checking the seal of the closure and storing the bottle in an upright position, or placing it in additional packaging or a case to protect it against impacts and damage to the glass.
