FAQ – Most frequent questions

Is this glass bottle suitable for thicker creams as well as lighter emulsions?

The cream dispenser is designed to ensure comfortable and controlled dispensing of common creamy emulsions and lighter creams. For very thick butters or balms without emulsions we recommend first testing a smaller trial amount, verifying the product’s ability to pass through the dispenser and, if necessary, slightly adjusting the consistency of the formulation.

Can I reuse this bottle for different cosmetic products?

Yes, the packaging can be reused provided that hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the dispenser, rinse them and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and undesirable changes in the next formulation.

How should I correctly clean the dispenser so that it remains functional?

After emptying the packaging we recommend disassembling the dispenser into individual parts to the extent allowed by the construction without using force. Rinse the components in warm water with a mild cleaning agent and rinse thoroughly so that no residues of the cleaning solution remain. Then let them dry completely and before the next use disinfect them with a suitable alcohol. When reusing repeatedly, avoid aggressive solvents that could damage the plastic parts of the mechanism.

How can I dispose of or recycle this bottle in an environmentally friendly way if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the types of materials stated in the product parameters. The glass part can generally be placed, after removing any remaining contents, in a glass container, and the plastic components of the dispenser belong in sorted waste in accordance with local rules. Before handing it over for recycling it is advisable to empty the packaging as much as possible and give it a basic clean so that no significant residues of the cosmetic product remain in the recycling stream.
