The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and an elegant black-and-gold spray pump is a professional packaging intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it provides stable protection of the contents and reliable functionality in everyday use. The dark glass together with the design cap reduces light penetration to the product, helping to preserve the quality and aroma of sensitive formulations.
This type of bottle is suitable for cosmetic, aromatherapeutic and technical solutions that require hygienic and comfortable spraying. The packaging allows practical, even application to the skin, hair, textiles or into the air, while supporting the professional appearance of the final product.
This bottle is supplied as a ready-made combination of glass packaging + spray pump + cap, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional closures. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to ensure long-term stability and trouble-free use.

The glass bottle is in general very well suitable for formulations containing essential oils, as glass is a stable and resistant material. When blending aromatherapeutic sprays (for example room or pillow sprays), it is important, however, to observe the recommended concentration of essential oils and to choose a suitable diluent. Before filling, we recommend making a trial batch and verifying that the blend used does not clog the spray pump and that the dosing remains smooth even with long-term use.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and rinse both the packaging and the spray pump, ideally with the same type of carrier medium that you plan to use in the new formulation. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and ventilated off is the bottle ready for a new filling. When changing the type of product (for example from an aromatic spray to a facial toner), it is advisable to perform your own test to check whether any residual fragrance or colour of the original filling remains.
Before repeated use, we recommend disassembling the bottle – separating the glass body from the spray pump and the cap. You can rinse the glass container with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and then disinfect with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured, plant-based. For the spray pump it is advisable to pump a small amount of alcohol through the mechanism in order to clean the internal part. After disinfection, leave all parts to dry completely at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Only then reassemble the packaging and fill it with a new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the types of materials specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle belongs, as standard, into the container intended for glass; it is important to empty it as thoroughly as possible of any product residues beforehand. The spray pump, cap and any plastic or metal parts are sorted according to their material (for example plastic, metal) in accordance with local waste separation rules. Before handing over for collection, we recommend roughly rinsing the packaging to minimise product residues. The specific way of separation may differ depending on the municipality, so it is advisable to follow the instructions of your local collection system as well.
