The glass bottle with aluminum cap represents an elegant and reliable packaging for various liquid and partially viscous formulations in cosmetics and artisanal production. Thanks to high‑quality glass and a precise closure, it is suitable for packaging serums, oils, tinctures, extracts and other products for which content stability and a professional appearance are important. The black, glossy finish helps protect more sensitive components from light and at the same time increases the aesthetic value of the final product.
Yes, the glass bottle is also suitable for oil‑based and slightly viscous formulations, such as facial and body oils, hair oils or concentrated extracts intended for external use. For very thick products, we recommend considering the use of a suitable dispenser or dropper that will ensure comfortable and controlled dosing.
The glass bottle can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned and subsequently disinfected with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection, you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol 1 l or Ethanol 96% denatured vegetable 1 l. After disinfection, let the bottle and the closure dry completely to minimize the risk of contamination of the new product.
Before filling, we recommend rinsing the bottle with a suitable cleaning agent, then thoroughly rinsing it with drinking water and, if necessary, also with demineralized water. After washing, the packaging must be disinfected – alcohol‑based disinfectants such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol at the recommended concentration are suitable. After applying the disinfectant, let the bottle and the cap dry completely at room temperature in a clean, dust‑free place so that they are ready for the safe filling of a new batch of product.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste‑sorting regulations. After removing any product residues, the glass part should be sorted into the container designated for glass. The aluminum cap is sorted separately according to the local system for collecting metal packaging or mixed metal waste. Always follow the recycling recommendations given for the product in the parameter table and the instructions of your collection system so that recycling is as effective as possible.
