Glass bottle with black glossy surface and black–gold dropper represents an elegant packaging, designed for professional as well as hobby filling of various cosmetic formulations and concentrated liquid preparations. Thanks to the high-quality glass and practical dropper, it enables precise dosing of the contents, which is ideal for products where control over the amount during application is important. The dark, opaque glass also helps to minimize light penetration to the filled product, thereby supporting the stability of sensitive components and extending the usability of the contents.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and dropper, which is designed to provide reliable and convenient dosing in everyday use. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially when using unconventional or highly active ingredients.

Before first use we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the dropper and allowing them to dry completely. It is then appropriate to disinfect the entire packaging, including the inner part of the dropper, using alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or denatured ethanol, in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination when filling the finished product.
Yes, the bottle and the dropper can be used repeatedly, provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, however, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly, wash the glass parts with a suitable cleaning agent, allow them to dry and then disinfect with alcohol (for example with IPA 99 % or with 96 % ethanol). We recommend repeated use only if the packaging is visually undamaged and the dropper works flawlessly.
Store the filled bottle well closed, in a dry place and away from direct sunlight or sources of heat. The dark glass helps to protect the contents from light, but it is optimal to keep cosmetic products at a stable, rather lower room temperature. For sensitive formulations, for example with a higher content of natural oils or antioxidants, long-term storage in a cool place is suitable according to the recommendations for the specific formula.
Before recycling it is necessary to empty the bottle and remove any product residues. The glass body of the bottle is usually placed in the container designated for glass according to local sorting rules. The dropper consists of several parts (plastic, rubber, possibly a metal component), which should be separated from the glass and sorted according to material, in line with the recommendations of your waste collection system. Adapt the specific method of sorting to the information given for the material composition in the product parameters and to the rules of the collection company in your region.
