The glass bottle with white sprayer represents a professional packaging solution suitable for filling various liquid preparations where fine and even atomisation is important. The combination of a transparent glass bottle and a functional sprayer enables comfortable, hygienic and controlled application of the product directly onto the skin, hair, textiles or into the air. Thanks to the stable glass, the packaging is suitable for preparations containing active ingredients that require reliable protection and long-term stability.
The transparent glass allows visual control of the contents and their colour, which will be especially appreciated by manufacturers of natural cosmetics and homemade formulations. The sprayer ensures practical dosing without contact with the contents, thereby minimising the risk of contamination. A packaging designed in this way is suitable for small batches, test samples as well as finished products intended for retail or professional use.
The glass bottle is supplied directly with a functional sprayer, creating a ready-made and practical combination prepared for filling. Packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, consistency and dosing, as well as the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (watery solutions, emulsions, preparations containing oils or alcohol). Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the packaging, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or denatured plant ethanol. This minimises the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your product.
The bottle with sprayer is ideal for watery and low-viscosity formulations such as face and floral waters, refreshing face sprays, hair mists, aromatherapeutic blends for rooms or mild disinfectant solutions. We always recommend testing the viscosity and behaviour of the product in combination with the sprayer so that the spraying is even and without clogging.
First, we recommend mechanically cleaning the bottle and the sprayer component – rinsing them with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent and thoroughly removing residues of the original product. Then it is advisable to rinse the packaging with clean water and, after drying, disinfect it with alcohol, for example using IPA 99 % or 96 % plant ethanol. After the alcohol has evaporated, the bottle can be refilled. For the sprayer, we recommend pressing the mechanism several times with the disinfectant solution so that the inner capillary is also cleaned.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it according to the material of the individual parts. After emptying and basic rinsing, the glass bottle should be placed in the container designated for glass. The plastic sprayer and any other plastic components must be separated and sorted into the appropriate plastic container, unless local collection rules stipulate otherwise. Specific recommendations on recycling can always be found in the parameter table of the given product in the e-shop, where the type of material and the corresponding marking are specified.
