Glass bottle with black glossy surface and black spray pump represents a professional solution for packaging products that require fine, even spraying. It is particularly suitable for cosmetic formulations, liquid blends and preparations where precise and comfortable application is important. The dark, opaque glass contributes to better protection of sensitive components from light and helps stabilize the quality of the contents during storage and use.
This packaging is supplied as a combination of glass bottle and spray pump. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the chosen formula will work correctly with the bottle and spray pump in the long term.

This allows you to quickly find packaging that will match your formula as well as the design of your product line.
Yes, the packaging can be safely reused provided that hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting both the bottle and the spray pump in order to minimize the risk of contamination of the new product. For disinfection you can use, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, which you can find in the offer as products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. After applying the disinfectant, allow the packaging to dry completely and only then refill it.
You can wash the glass part of the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinse thoroughly with drinking water and, if necessary, rinse with distilled water. After washing, we recommend using a disinfectant, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and letting the packaging dry at room temperature. Clean the spray pump more gently: briefly flush the system with clean water or a suitable solvent compatible with the original contents and let it dry thoroughly. Before re-use, always make sure there are no residues of the previous product left in the system.
The spray pump is ideal for liquid formulations with low to medium viscosity that are intended to create a fine mist or a light spray. Particularly suitable are aqueous solutions, hydrolats, facial and body waters, light emulsions with a low oil phase content and certain aromatherapy blends. For thicker emulsions or oil blends, we recommend performing a dosing test in advance to verify the continuity of spraying and the uniformity of application.
To support product stability, we recommend combining a well-chosen formula with dark glass packaging and proper storage conditions. Store the bottle at a stable room temperature, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Dark glass helps minimize the effect of light on sensitive components, but proper closing of the spray pump after each use is also important, to limit the access of air and impurities. For formulations with natural extracts, it is advisable to supplement the formula with preservation systems or antioxidants according to the nature of the product.
If you decide not to use the bottle and spray pump further, we recommend recycling them responsibly according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part can usually be placed, after emptying and a rough rinse, in the container designated for glass. The plastic parts of the spray pump (head, cap, tube) belong to plastic waste, unless the local collection rules state otherwise. Before discarding, check that there are no residues of hazardous substances left in the packaging – in the case of specific chemical fillings, follow the recommendations of the manufacturer of the given preparation. By complying with recycling rules, you reduce the amount of waste and support the efficient use of materials.
