The glass bottle with a glossy black surface and an elegant black-and-gold spray pump is a professional packaging solution intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to its high-quality workmanship, it provides stable protection of the contents and reliable functionality during everyday use. The dark glass together with the designer cap reduces light penetration to the product, thereby helping to preserve the quality and aroma of sensitive formulations.
This type of bottle is suitable for cosmetic, aromatherapeutic and technical solutions that require hygienic and convenient spraying. The packaging allows practical, even application to the skin, hair, textiles or into the air, while supporting the professional appearance of the final product.
This bottle is supplied as a ready-made combination of glass container + spray pump + cap, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to purchase additional closures. The packaging and closure combinations created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure of long-term stability and trouble-free use.

The glass bottle is generally very well suited for formulations containing essential oils, as glass is a stable and resistant material. When blending aromatherapeutic sprays (for example room or pillow sprays), it is important to observe the recommended concentration of essential oils and to choose a suitable diluent. Before filling, we recommend making a test batch and verifying that the mixture used does not clog the spray pump and that dosing remains smooth even with long-term use.
The bottle can be used repeatedly provided that basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, the container and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and rinsed, ideally with the same type of carrier medium that you plan to use in the new formulation. We then recommend disinfecting the packaging using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after the alcohol has completely dried and aired off is the bottle ready for new filling. When changing the type of product (for example from an aromatic spray to a facial toner), it is advisable to carry out your own test to check that no residual fragrance or colour from the original filling remains.
Before re-use, we recommend disassembling the bottle – separating the glass body from the spray pump and the cap. You can rinse the glass container with warm water and a suitable detergent, rinse thoroughly and then disinfect with alcohol, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. For the spray pump, it is advisable to pump a small amount of alcohol through the mechanism to clean the internal part. After disinfection, leave all parts to dry completely at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Only then reassemble the packaging and fill it with a new product.
If you decide not to re-use the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass body of the bottle normally belongs in the container designated for glass, and it is important to empty it as thoroughly as possible of any remaining contents beforehand. The spray pump, cap and any plastic or metal components are sorted according to their material (for example plastic, metal) in accordance with local waste-sorting rules. Before handing over for collection, we recommend roughly rinsing the packaging in order to minimise product residues. The specific method of sorting may differ depending on the municipality, so it is also sensible to follow the instructions of your local collection system.
