The glass bottle with spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic solution for dispensing various liquid preparations where fine and even atomization is important. Thanks to the high‑quality glass and the precise spray mechanism, the packaging is suitable for filling cosmetic products, aromatherapeutic blends and homemade formulations where hygienic, controlled and repeatable application of the contents is required. The darker tinted glass also helps protect more sensitive ingredients from the effects of light and contributes to longer stability of the final product. The elegant combination of bottle and functional spray pump makes it a suitable package for small batches, professional cosmetics and hobby production.
This glass bottle with spray pump is supplied as a complete functional set of packaging and dosing component, designed to ensure comfortable use and reliable closure when handled correctly. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before first use, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle and the spray pump and removing dust or mechanical impurities. It is then advisable to disinfect the inner surface of the packaging with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % denatured plant ethanol. After thorough rinsing and evaporation of the alcohol, the packaging is ready to be filled with your product.
The glass packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. With every change of contents or after the product has been used up, we recommend emptying the bottle and the spray mechanism, cleaning them and then disinfecting them with a suitable alcohol solution, for example with the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant. Only after the inner surfaces have completely dried and the alcohol has evaporated is the bottle ready again for safe filling with a new formulation.
The spray pump is designed for dosing low‑ to medium‑viscosity liquids in the form of a fine mist. At first use it is necessary to pump several times so that the system primes and starts dosing. If the spraying seems uneven, check the cleanliness of the nozzle, the viscosity of the filled formulation and the correct tightening of the thread on the bottle neck. In case of clogging, spraying the nozzle through with a clean alcohol solution and then rinsing may help.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend, after emptying and basic cleaning, placing it in sorted waste collection according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass bottle should be placed in the container intended for glass, and the plastic part of the spray pump in the relevant plastic container according to local waste‑sorting rules. By separating the individual materials, you make the recycling process easier and contribute to more sustainable use of raw materials.
