The glass bottle with a flat top combined with a white spray pump with a glossy collar forms an elegant and practical solution for packaging liquid preparations where fine dosing in the form of a mist is required. This packaging is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and personal products for which the cleanliness of dosing, repeatable performance of the spray pump and the professional appearance of the final product are important.
The glass container provides a stable and chemically resistant packaging for various solutions, facial and body preparations, while the spray pump helps distribute the contents evenly over the skin or surface as needed. Thanks to the functional connection of the bottle and the spray pump, you obtain a ready-made solution prepared for immediate filling and use in your own cosmetic or craft production.
Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle and the spray pump can be used repeatedly provided that you adhere to basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging in order to prevent microbial contamination of the new product. Products based on alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, are suitable for disinfection. On Handymade you will find, for example, the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny, which can be used to treat the internal surfaces of the packaging before repeated use.
This packaging is particularly suitable for liquid preparations that are applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. These are mainly facial and body toners, hydrolats, facial refreshers, hair lotions, home and textile sprays or light hand disinfectant solutions. For formulations with higher viscosity, it is necessary to verify whether the spray pump ensures sufficiently smooth dosing – we always recommend carrying out your own test on a small batch of the product.
You can first rinse the glass part of the packaging thoroughly with warm water and an appropriate cleaning agent, then rinse with clean water and, after drying, disinfect with an alcohol solution. It is advisable to flush the spray pump with a clear solution (for example water or alcohol, depending on the type of product used) by pressing the head several times so that the cleaning solution reaches all parts of the mechanism. After disinfection using products such as ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l or etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l, allow all parts to dry thoroughly before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules. The glass bottle can usually be placed, after emptying and basic cleaning, in a container intended for glass sorting. The spray pump, which is made up of several materials (plastic, metal spring), generally belongs in mixed waste or in specialised collection according to local possibilities. The specific method of recycling should follow the material information listed in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website, so that the chosen method corresponds to the actual composition of the packaging.
To select a suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour or material, so that you can quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that best match your product. We recommend starting with the selection of the material (glass, plastic, etc.), then choosing a suitable neck and, if necessary, adjusting the size and colour design of the packaging.
