Glass bottle with dropper represents a professional packaging material intended for precise dosing of liquid preparations, ideal for small volumes of serums, oils, extracts or concentrated blends. Thanks to the glass used, it is suitable for filling products that require a stable and chemically resistant environment, while the dropper enables convenient, hygienic and controlled dosing of drops without unnecessary contact with the contents.
Dark glass naturally helps to reduce light penetration to the contents, which is advantageous for light-sensitive formulations such as oils, active substances, aromatic compositions or professional cosmetic serums. This type of packaging is especially popular with small-scale producers of natural cosmetics, aromatherapists, developers of cosmetic lines and makers of artisan products who are looking for functional, aesthetic and reusable packaging.
Yes, the packaging can be used repeatedly if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dropper must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. For disinfection we recommend using, for example, isopropyl alcohol or ethanol from our range – IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After disinfection, allow all parts of the packaging to dry completely before refilling.
First remove any residue of the original contents and rinse the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent. Then rinse thoroughly with clean water so that no residues of the cleaning agent remain in the container. After washing, we recommend applying disinfection using alcohol (for example IPA or ethanol), which you pour into the bottle, shake and leave to act briefly. The same procedure can be used for the glass part of the dropper; rubber and plastic parts should be cleaned more gently according to their resistance. Finally, allow all components to dry naturally in a clean, dust-free place.
The bottle with dropper is ideal for products that are used in small amounts and require precise drop-by-drop dosing. Typically these are facial and eye serums, oil blends, plant oils, active concentrates, aromatherapeutic blends and various concentrated extracts intended for external cosmetic use. Before the final production order we always recommend carrying out trial filling and testing both the comfort of dosing and the long-term behaviour of the formulation in the packaging.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle usually only needs to be freed from product residues, possibly briefly rinsed and placed in the appropriate container for glass. The dropper and any plastic or rubber components should preferably be separated and sorted according to the type of material, if possible, or disposed of in mixed waste if there are no local recycling options. Always follow the recycling symbols and the recommendations given for the specific product on the site.
To make selection of the packaging easier, you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. Using the filter you can narrow the offer according to several parameters – especially according to neck type, size, colour and material. This will help you quickly find a bottle, dropper bottle, jar or pot that will best suit your specific product and the chosen method of application.
Yes, in professional manufacture it is recommended to perform basic compatibility tests between the formulation and the packaging. This applies especially to products with a high content of essential oils, alcohol, acids or other active substances. You should mainly test the stability of colour and fragrance, any release of components from the closure, change in viscosity or damage to the sealing system. By short-term and longer-term monitoring of samples filled in the same type of bottle you will gain assurance that the packaging will be reliable and safe in real use.
