The glass vial with white-gold spray pump represents a representative and functional packaging solution for various liquid formulations where gentle, even atomization is important. The combination of high-quality glass and a precise spray mechanism ensures reliable protection of the contents and comfortable dosing for home and professional production of cosmetics, aromatherapeutic preparations and other specialized products.
Thanks to the stable glass and practical spray pump, this bottle is suitable for liquid products that require hygienic, touch-free application in a fine mist. The robust glass container helps protect more sensitive ingredients from external influences and allows the quality and appearance of the filled product to be maintained over the long term.
This glass bottle with spray pump is supplied as a functional combination of packaging and dosing element designed directly for convenient spraying of liquids. The combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

When planning filling, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the specific formula with the glass used and the plastic parts of the spray pump and taking into account viscosity, alcohol content and volatile components so that dosing remains stable and uniform throughout the period of use.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, it is advisable to recycle it according to the material composition stated in the product parameters. Once emptied and cleaned, the glass part can usually be placed in a container intended for glass, while the plastic components (spray pump, protective cap) should go into sorted plastic waste according to the plastic type stated for the product. Before recycling, we recommend removing any product residues from the packaging.
Glass as a material is generally very stable and also tolerates formulations containing alcohol or essential oils well. However, when using more concentrated or aggressive ingredients, we always recommend performing your own compatibility test – checking the behaviour of the glass container and the plastic parts of the spray pump in contact with the specific product and monitoring sealing, consistency and long-term stability.
The packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is important to clean the bottle and spray pump thoroughly and then disinfect them with an appropriate agent, for example technical or cosmetic alcohol. For this purpose, you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, available on the website in the raw materials section: IPA 99 isopropyl alkohol 1 l and Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l. After disinfection, allow all parts to dry thoroughly so that the new fill is not diluted.
In the event of a product change or longer storage, it is advisable to rinse the spray pump with warm (not boiling) water, possibly with a mild soapy solution and then with clean water. After rinsing, it is good to press the mechanism several times so that the system is cleaned from the inside as well. With preparations of higher viscosity or containing solid particles, the nozzle may gradually clog – in such a case, it is suitable to use a finely filtered product and include regular cleaning of the spray pump in the normal maintenance of the packaging.
For recycling, we recommend following the material marking given in the product parameters. After emptying and basic cleaning, the glass part can be placed in sorted glass waste according to local rules. The plastic components, such as the spray pump and protective cover, must be separated and placed in the appropriate container for sorted plastic waste according to their marking. Before disposal, it is advisable to remove product residues to facilitate the recycling process and prevent contamination of other sorted waste.
