This glass bottle with sprayer is supplied as a ready-made combination of packaging and dosing mechanism. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test – especially in terms of sealing, dosing consistency and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (pH, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

If you decide not to reuse the packaging after the contents have been used up, environmentally friendly disposal via sorted collection is recommended, according to the material composition stated in the product parameter table. The glass part of the bottle can be placed in the appropriate glass container, while plastic and metal components (e.g. part of the sprayer) should be sorted according to local waste management rules.
Yes, the bottle can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the packaging must be thoroughly cleaned, any residues of the original product mechanically removed, and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovany rastlinny. After thorough drying, you can refill the container with a new formulation.
The most suitable are low-viscosity liquids that can be sprayed evenly – for example face and body sprays, hydrosols, air fresheners, hair lotions or mild disinfectant solutions. Thick emulsions, gels or oils with very high viscosity may not pass optimally through the fine sprayer, so we always recommend performing a trial filling and testing the dosing functionality.
We recommend cleaning the glass part with warm water and a mild detergent, then rinsing well and allowing it to dry completely. It is advisable to flush the sprayer with clean water or a small amount of alcohol to remove product residues from the channels. Avoid using sharp objects during cleaning that could damage the dosing mechanism or seals. Before reuse, always disinfect the inner surfaces of the packaging with alcohol and test the evenness of spraying.
Before recycling, we recommend separating the glass body of the bottle from the sprayer. Glass is usually sorted into a container designated for glass waste, while plastic and metal components of the sprayer must be sorted according to local waste collection rules. Specific recommendations can be found in the parameter table for the given product, where the material composition of the individual packaging parts is stated. In case of doubt, follow the instructions of your waste collection company.
