Glass bottle with flat top combined with a white spray pump with glossy collar creates an elegant and practical solution for packaging liquid preparations where fine mist dosing is required. This packaging is suitable for a wide range of cosmetic and personal products where dosing cleanliness, repeatable spray performance and a professional appearance of the final product are important.
The glass container provides a stable and chemically resistant packaging for various solutions, facial and body preparations, while the spray pump helps distribute the contents evenly onto the skin or surface as needed. Thanks to the functional connection between bottle and spray pump, you obtain a ready-made solution prepared for immediate filling and use in your own cosmetic or craft production.
Combinations of packaging and closures created directly at Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) so that you can be sure the packaging functions reliably with your particular product.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The bottle and the spray pump can be used repeatedly, provided that you follow basic hygiene principles. Before each new filling we recommend thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting the packaging to prevent microbial contamination of the new product. For disinfection, preparations based on alcohol, such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, are suitable, for example. On Handymade you will find products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which can be used to treat the internal surfaces of the packaging before repeated use.
This packaging is particularly suitable for liquid preparations that are applied in the form of a fine mist or spray. These are mainly facial and body toners, hydrolats, facial refreshers, hair lotions, home and textile sprays, or light hand disinfectant solutions. For formulations with higher viscosity it is necessary to verify whether the spray pump ensures sufficiently smooth dosing – we always recommend performing your own test on a small batch of the product.
You can first thoroughly rinse the glass part of the packaging with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinse with clean water and, after drying, disinfect with an alcohol solution. The spray pump should be flushed with a clear solution (for example water or alcohol, depending on the type of product used) by pressing the actuator several times so that the cleaning solution reaches all parts of the mechanism. After disinfection using preparations such as ipa-99-isopropyl-alkohol-1-l or etanol-96-denaturovany-rastlinny-1-l, allow all parts to dry thoroughly before refilling.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste separation rules. The glass bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass recycling after emptying and basic cleaning. The spray pump, which is composed of several materials (plastic, metal spring), generally belongs in mixed waste or a specialised collection, depending on local options. Follow the information on the material given in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade website for the specific recycling method, so that the method chosen corresponds to the actual composition of the packaging.
To select suitable packaging you can use the advanced filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. In the filter you can clearly choose parameters such as neck type, packaging size, colour or material, so that you quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that best match your product. We recommend starting with the choice of material (glass, plastic, etc.), then selecting a suitable neck and, as needed, fine-tuning the size and colour design of the packaging.
