The glass bottle with black-gold sprayer is an elegant and practical packaging designed for precise and hygienic dosing of liquid formulations in the form of a fine mist. Thanks to the sturdy glass container and the high-quality spray mechanism, it is suitable for filling cosmetic products, aromatherapeutic blends and other professional and artisan products where controlled application to the skin or into the air is important.
This type of packaging allows convenient spraying without hand contact with the contents, helping to reduce the risk of contamination and extend the freshness of the product. The glass bottle is suitable for liquid preparations that require material stability, neutral interaction with the contents and a representative appearance of the final product.
This product represents a combination of glass bottle and sprayer, designed to be functional and comfortable for everyday use. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

Before final implementation in production, we recommend verifying the compatibility of the packaging with the specific formula, especially for products based on alcohol, oils or active substances with higher reactivity. A correctly chosen combination of glass bottle and sprayer helps ensure stability, safety and comfortable use of the final product.
The packaging can be reused if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly cleaning the bottle, rinsing it and then disinfecting it with a suitable agent, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For this purpose you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after it has completely dried is the bottle ready for refilling. With repeated use, always check the functionality and cleanliness of the sprayer as well.
You can rinse the glass part of the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, rinse thoroughly and let it dry. Then we recommend disinfecting the inner surface using alcohol suitable for this purpose, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or 96 % plant ethanol. It is advisable to spray the sprayer several times with clean water and then also with the disinfectant solution to remove residues of the previous filling. Before the next use, it is important that the whole packaging is perfectly dry.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the information given in the product parameters. The glass container is usually sorted into the container designated for glass, and it is advisable to rinse it beforehand to remove product residues. The plastic sprayer needs to be separated from the glass and sorted according to the type of plastic in line with local waste collection rules. Detailed recycling recommendations can be found in the parameter table for the specific product on the Handymade.sk website, and you should always follow the local separate collection system as well.
The glass bottle with sprayer is generally suitable for most water-based and alcohol-based solutions, light oil blends and aromatherapeutic preparations. For very thick formulations or products with a high content of viscous oils, spraying may be less smooth. Therefore, we recommend performing a compatibility test before serial filling, in which you verify the smoothness of dosing, the functionality of the sprayer and the stability of the formulation in contact with the packaging. In the case of aggressive or atypical components, also follow the technical parameters and recommendations of the packaging manufacturer.
