Glass bottle – pharmaceutical bottle with white glossy dispenser represents a professional packaging solution suitable for careful filling of liquid cosmetic products and concentrated blends. The combination of high-quality glass and a practical dispensing system enables precise, hygienic and economical dosing of the product without unnecessary contact with the contents.
This type of packaging is ideal for formulations that require reliable protection against external influences as well as comfort during everyday use. The pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser supports the professional appearance of the final product and at the same time facilitates application, whether in home, artisan or small-scale production.
This bottle is supplied directly with a practical dispenser that is designed to ensure comfortable, controlled and aesthetic dosing of the contents. The combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of active substances or solvents.

Yes, the pharmaceutical bottle with dispenser is suitable for most liquid and slightly viscous oil or serum formulations. Before filling, we recommend testing the actual dosing with the specific formula so that you can verify the smoothness of delivery, the shape of the dose and the comfort of application. For very thick products it may be necessary to choose another type of packaging or a dispensing system with a higher flow rate.
The bottle can be reused provided that strict hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to clean the packaging thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable product, for example using isopropyl alcohol IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol Ethanol 96% denatured – plant-based. It is also recommended to allow the packaging to dry completely before further use and to prevent mixing of residues of the original product with the new filling.
For the compatibility test, we recommend filling a smaller test amount of the product into the bottle and dispenser and monitoring its behaviour over several days to weeks. Pay attention to sealing, dosing functionality and any changes in the fragrance, colour and consistency of the product in contact with the packaging. Store the bottle under the same conditions in which the end customer will use the product (for example, bathroom, dressing table) and also verify prolonged standing in both vertical and horizontal positions in order to detect any leakage.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it after emptying and basic rinsing according to the material types specified in the parameter table for the product on the Handymade.sk website. The glass part of the bottle can generally be placed in sorted glass collection according to local regulations. The dispenser may contain a combination of plastic and metal components, so recycle it in accordance with the local waste sorting system or hand it over at a collection yard if this is recommended in your municipality. Before placing it in sorted collection, it is advisable to remove product residues and, where possible, separate the individual parts of the packaging from each other.
