Product description

White glass vial with a capacity of 30 ml and a glossy white‑silver pump forms a complete packaging for products applied in small amounts. White glass conceals the contents and limits light exposure, making it suitable for facial serums, oil elixirs and light emulsions with active ingredients. The pump dispenses the same small amount with each press; the customer does not need to estimate the dose and the contents do not come into contact with fingers.

The set is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetic products. It is not intended for food use.

Suitable uses

Facial serums and concentrates – liquid to medium-viscosity textures where precise dosing matters.
Oil serums and facial oils – the pump works with oils without any issues and the contents remain protected from light.
Light emulsions and fluids – lotions, fluid creams, eye emulsions. Thick creams and butters are difficult to dispense with a pump; for these we recommend a jar.
Samples and travel sizes – the 30 ml volume corresponds to a standard serum packaging or a trial version of a new product.

Volume and filling

Nominal volume is the volume the bottle is designed for under standard filling conditions. Total brim-full volume, listed in the specifications, is the physical volume up to the neck. The difference between them provides clearance for the dip tube and pump body. Therefore, fill only up to the nominal volume. A bottle filled to the brim would overflow when the pump is inserted.

One press dispenses approximately 0.14 ml. Measure how many presses correspond to one application of your product and state this in the directions for use. This makes dosing easier for the customer.

Preparation and use

Before the first fill, wash the bottle, disinfect with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and allow to dry completely. Rinse the pump with clean water, press it several times to empty the dip tube of water, and leave to dry.

The pump's dip tube is longer than the bottle. Before inserting, trim it so it ends just above the bottom; the pump will then reach almost all of the contents. After filling and screwing on the pump, press it several times until the tube is primed and the contents begin to dispense.

What is good to know

The pump is made of polypropylene and aluminium. For formulations with a higher proportion of essential oils or solvents, we recommend filling one unit in advance and checking the seal and smooth operation after a few weeks.

The bottle can be reused after thorough washing and disinfection. We recommend replacing the pump when changing the contents, as residues of the previous product in the dip tube are difficult to clean. When sorting waste, the pump should be separated from the glass bottle.

The set is not intended for contact with food. Do not fill with cooking oils, syrups or infusions.

Which products can be dispensed through this pump?
