Plastic medicine bottle with spray pump is a practical packaging component designed for precise, fine and hygienic dispensing of various liquid preparations. Thanks to the combination of a high-quality plastic bottle and a functional spray pump, it is suitable for filling products where uniform application in a small amount and easy handling during use are important.
The packaging is designed to allow convenient dispensing of liquids in the form of a spray, which minimizes product wastage and supports a professional presentation of the final product. It is a suitable solution for small batches, hobby production and for brands that emphasize a unified and reliable packaging system.
The combination of bottle and spray pump is prepared so as to form a functional unit for convenient dosing. The combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products containing alcohol, active substances or a higher concentration of fragrance components.
All technical parameters of the packaging are listed in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
The spray pump is intended primarily for less viscous, liquid formulations (aqueous or hydroalcoholic solutions). Thick emulsions, creamy gels or oil blends with high viscosity may affect smooth spraying and uniform distribution. For atypical or thicker formulations, we recommend first filling a smaller test quantity and testing the dosing functionality under real conditions.
The packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the spray pump must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in order to minimize the risk of microbial contamination and degradation of the new refill. For disinfection, we recommend using a suitable alcohol-based product such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol – in our range you will find the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol and Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. With repeated use, it is also important to monitor the mechanical wear of the spray pump.
We recommend storing the filled packaging in a dry place protected from direct sunlight and sources of heat. Stable room conditions help preserve the properties of the contents as well as of the plastic material itself. The bottle should be kept in an upright position with the spray pump tightly screwed on in order to minimize the risk of leakage and premature contact of the product with air. For formulations sensitive to light or temperature fluctuations, it is advisable to follow the specific recommendations of the filler manufacturer.
If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it in accordance with the material marking indicated in the product parameters and on the recycling symbol of the packaging. Before handing it over to sorted waste collection, it is advisable to remove product residues and separate the individual parts (bottle body, spray pump, any cap) if they are made of different materials. Then place them in the appropriate container according to local waste separation rules. By observing these principles, you support effective recycling and the reduction of municipal waste.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the advanced filter, which you will find at the top of the page after clicking on the respective packaging material category. The filter allows you to sort products according to several parameters – in particular according to neck type, packaging size, colour and material used. Thanks to the combination of these criteria, you can easily display only those bottles, medicine bottles, jars or pots that correspond to the required properties of your formulation and the planned method of dosing.
