The packaging can be used repeatedly if hygiene principles are observed. Before every new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle as well as the dispensing part and then disinfect them with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. In this way you reduce the risk of microbial contamination and maintain the stability of the new refill.

How should the medicine bottle be properly cleaned and disinfected before a new filling?

Before repeated use, we recommend first mechanically cleaning the packaging (rinsing it with a suitable cleaning solution or warm water with a gentle detergent, depending on the type of contents) and allowing it to dry well. It is then necessary to disinfect the internal surfaces as well as the dispensing part with an alcohol-based preparation, for example with isopropyl alcohol or plant-based ethanol, and let the residues evaporate completely before the new filling.

For which type of products is the oil dispenser most suitable?

The oil dispenser is particularly suitable for liquid and medium-viscosity oil formulations where precise and hygienic dosing in smaller amounts is important. Typically, these are facial and body oils, hair and nail oils, aromatic oil blends and concentrated caring preparations. For very thick or, conversely, extremely thin formulations, we always recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify the flow rate and dosing.
