Glass packaging is commonly used for filling oil-based and water-based cosmetic formulations, including products containing active substances. Before final implementation, we always recommend performing your own stability test – fill the bottle with the actual product, monitor its behaviour during storage and verify the functionality of the dispenser during long-term use.

Can I reuse this packaging for further batches of products?

The packaging can be reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. After cleaning, allow all parts to dry completely and only then refill the packaging.

How should I correctly fill the bottle so that I do not damage the dispenser and maintain the hygiene of the product?

When filling, we recommend working in an area that is as clean as possible, using clean working tools and preventing the outlet or container from coming into contact with the inner part of the neck. Fill the bottle gradually, leaving a gap from the top edge so that when the dispenser is screwed on, the contents are not forced into the thread. After screwing on the dispenser, check the sealing and press the dispenser several times to verify smooth and even dosing.

How can I safely dispose of and recycle this packaging if I do not want to use it further?

If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste-sorting rules.
