Glass bottle – medicine bottle with glossy dispenser represents an elegant and professional packaging for cosmetic and galenic preparations, which stands out with its clean design and precise dispensing. Thanks to the combination of transparent glass and a high-quality dispenser, it is suitable for packaging liquid products for which precise application, protection of the contents and a representative appearance are important.
This type of packaging is ideal for various cosmetic formulations and serums where hygienic and controlled dosing without unnecessary contamination is required. The glass medicine bottle is also stable, chemically resistant and suitable for products that require long-term storage without changes to the properties of the contents.
This glass bottle is supplied as a complete combination of packaging with dispenser, ready for immediate use during filling. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation).

The dispenser is designed for liquid to medium-viscosity cosmetic products, therefore it is suitable for most facial serums, lighter emulsions and fluids. For very thick formulations, we recommend first carrying out a trial filling in order to verify smooth and even dosing without excessive pressure on the pump.
The packaging can be safely reused if hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, the bottle and the dispenser must be thoroughly cleaned and then disinfected with a suitable alcohol solution, for example using the products IPA 99% isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96% denatured plant-based. Disinfection helps to minimize the microbial risk and extend the stability of your formulation.
For recycling, it is best to first empty the bottle and remove any product residues. The glass body of the medicine bottle belongs in the container designated for glass, according to local recycling rules specified in the product parameters. The dispenser is usually a combination of plastic and metal parts, so it is normally disposed of in sorted plastic collection, unless local regulations state otherwise. If possible, unscrew the dispenser before disposal so that the glass can be recycled separately. By correct recycling you reduce the amount of waste and support the reuse of materials.
Yes, the glass medicine bottle is also suitable for laboratory and development purposes, for example when testing stability, packaging–content compatibility or performing dosing tests. We always recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation in contact with the packaging (especially with a higher proportion of acids, alcohol or essential oils) and monitoring any changes in colour, viscosity or scent during storage.
