CO₂ extracts – effective plant concentrates for cosmetics

CO₂ extracts represent a modern type of plant extracts obtained by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction . This process makes it possible to gently isolate active substances without the use of heat or organic solvents, thereby preserving their maximum purity and biological activity. CO₂-se (selective) extracts

CO₂-to (total) extracts

They represent a full extract of the plant, also containing waxes, resins and fats . Thanks to this, they have rich sensorial properties, intense colour and a pronounced effect. They are used in regenerative and nourishing cosmetic products .
