Ginger CO2-to Organic Extract, 10 ml

Ginger CO₂-to extract ORGANIC is a concentrated natural extract from dried root of Zingiber officinale obtained from organic farming. It is produced by supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, which preserves the full spectrum of bioactive compounds of ginger without solvent residues. It contains approximately 30–50 % essential oil (with a high content of zingiberene, ar-curcumene, citral and other monoterpenes) and 24–35 % pungent components – mainly gingerols and shogaols. The result is a brown, clear oil with an intense spicy aroma.
