This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and impact on the stability of the new product.

The dropper medicine bottle is ideal for products where precise dosing in drops is important – for example facial serums, oil elixirs, concentrated active solutions, intensive hair treatments, essential oil blends or smaller cosmetic test samples. It is also suitable for herbal extracts and tinctures intended for external use.

First we recommend mechanically rinsing the packaging with warm water and a mild cleaning agent, or with a special laboratory glassware cleaner. Before filling the entire batch, we recommend performing your own compatibility test – first fill a smaller amount of product and monitor the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the formulation (stability of colour, scent, viscosity). Also check the sealing of the closure and dropper during normal handling and transport, as well as the accuracy and smoothness of drop dosing. These steps help minimize the risk of later complaints or product loss.
