Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white-gold spray pump 100 ml represents an elegant and practical solution for dispensing fine liquids in the form of a mist. Thanks to high-quality glass and a precise spray pump, it is suitable for packaging cosmetic products, aromatherapy blends and DIY formulations where controlled application to the skin or into the air is important. Glass is a stable and durable packaging material that helps maintain the quality of the contents and minimize interaction between the fill and the packaging, which is especially appreciated by creators of natural and artisan cosmetics.
This pack forms a functional combination of glass bottle and spray pump, designed for direct use with liquid preparations suitable for application as a fine mist. Combinations of packs and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the pack in contact with the specific formulation).
All technical parameters of the pack are listed in the attached Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
From a material point of view, the glass medicine bottle with spray pump is also suitable for formulations containing essential oils, provided they are correctly diluted in carriers intended for the given type of cosmetics. In the case of a high concentration of essential oils, we always recommend performing your own stress test to verify the behaviour of the fill in combination with the plastic parts of the spray pump (seal and dip tube), as well as the long-term stability of the fragrance and texture of the product.
The pack can be reused if hygiene principles are observed. Before each refilling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to minimize the risk of microbial contamination. You can wash the glass part with warm water and a mild detergent and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. We recommend cleaning the spray pump gently, without exposing it to extremely high temperatures, and rinsing it with a small amount of alcohol or distilled water, and it is advisable to test the correct spraying before reuse.
If you decide not to reuse the pack, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material type given in the product parameters. Place the glass part of the bottle in separated glass collection in accordance with local rules. The plastic spray pump should be separated from the bottle and sorted according to the material marking, which you will find in the parameter table. Before handing it over for separated waste collection, it is advisable to empty the pack and roughly rinse it so that no larger amounts of cosmetic residues remain inside.
The spray pump is primarily intended for low-viscosity liquids such as toners, hydrolats, light aqueous solutions or light sprays. More viscous emulsions, oil serums or gel textures can reduce the quality of atomization or completely prevent the formation of a fine mist. For atypical or more viscous formulations we recommend preparing a small test batch of the product, filling the bottle and testing the dosing under real conditions, or choosing a pack with a pump instead of a spray pump.
To select suitable packaging, you can use the extended filter located at the top of the page after clicking on the relevant packaging category. With the filter you can quickly narrow down the offer according to key parameters such as type and diameter of the neck, size, colour or packaging material. By combining these criteria, you will find bottles, medicine bottles, jars or containers that will suit your specific formulation as well as the desired design of the final product.
