Glass bottle – medicine bottle with white-gold sprayer is a professional packaging suitable for precise and comfortable dispensing of fine liquids in the form of a mist or fine spray. Thanks to the high-quality glass and the practical sprayer mechanism, it is ideal for filling cosmetic products, aromatic blends and homemade formulations, where precise application and a representative appearance are important.
The packaging is designed for liquid products that are applied by spraying – from facial and body sprays to functional fluids and auxiliary solutions. The glass body of the bottle provides a stable environment for the contents, and the white-gold sprayer gives the packaging an elegant and professional appearance suitable for own brands as well as smaller artisanal series.
This glass bottle is supplied in combination with a functional white-gold sprayer which is adapted to the specific parameters of the packaging and ensures convenient and even dosing. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging will work optimally with your specific product in both the short and long term.

This type of packaging is optimised for fine spraying of liquids with lower viscosity, such as aqueous solutions, hydrolates or alcohol-based sprays. With thicker emulsions or significantly oily formulations, spraying may deteriorate or the mechanism may become clogged. Before final filling we always recommend performing a test on a smaller amount of product and checking smooth and even dosing.
The packaging can be used repeatedly if basic hygiene principles are observed. Before each new filling, the bottle must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally with a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Make sure all parts of the packaging are thoroughly dried and that no residues of the previous product remain inside, so that undesired reactions or deterioration of the new filling are avoided.
You can first rinse the glass part of the bottle with warm water and a gentle cleaning agent, then rinse it several times with clean water and finally disinfect it with a suitable alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade, such as IPA 99 % or ethanol 96 %). We recommend rinsing the sprayer with clear water and then with alcohol by pressing the mechanism several times so that the disinfectant solution reaches the entire system. After finishing the cleaning, let all parts of the packaging dry thoroughly at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
If you decide not to reuse the bottle, we recommend recycling it in accordance with local waste sorting rules and the information given in the product parameters table on the Handymade website. The glass part of the packaging can generally be placed in the glass container after removing any remaining contents. The sprayer mechanism and plastic components are sorted according to their material composition stated in the parameters – we recommend separating them from the glass and placing them in the appropriate separate collection container. Before recycling, empty or rinse out any remaining product as much as possible in order to minimise contamination of the sorted waste.
