Yes, both the bottle and the sprayer can be reused, provided that basic hygiene rules are followed. Before each new filling, we recommend thoroughly washing the packaging, rinsing the glass part with hot water and then drying it completely. Before the next use, it is advisable to disinfect the bottle and all parts that come into contact with the product with a suitable alcohol, for example using products such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol or Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný. This reduces the risk of microbial contamination and extends the stability of your products.

For which type of products is the mechanical sprayer most suitable?

The sprayer is most suitable for liquid and low-viscosity formulations that are intended to be applied as a fine mist or spray. These include in particular facial and body waters, hydrolats, air fresheners, hair tonics or disinfectant solutions. For thicker emulsions or oil blends with higher viscosity, we recommend carrying out a trial filling to verify whether the sprayer provides sufficiently smooth and even dosing without clogging.

How should the sprayer be maintained so that it retains its functionality and even dosing?

To maintain the optimal function of the sprayer, it is advisable to regularly check the cleanliness of the nozzle and the dip tube. In the case of long-term storage or a change of product type, we recommend flushing the sprayer with a clean alcoholic solution or warm water (depending on the nature of the original contents) and allowing it to dry thoroughly. Avoid deposits, undissolved ingredients or mixtures that are too thick, which could clog the nozzle. If you are working with products containing a high proportion of oils or plant extracts, it is advisable to occasionally perform a spray pattern test on a trial surface.

How should the glass bottle and sprayer be properly recycled if I no longer wish to use it?

If you decide not to use the packaging further, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in a glass container after being emptied and basically rinsed, while the plastic and metal parts of the sprayer belong in mixed or sorted waste according to local rules. Before handing it over for separate collection, it is advisable to remove any product residues from the packaging in order to facilitate its further processing.
