Use in formulation

• Recommended dosage: usually 1 – 100 % depending on product type and desired effect.
• Soluble in: water.
• Miscible with: distilled water, hydrolats, glycerin, propanediol, aloe vera and hydrogels.
• Compatible with: facial toners, gels, oil-in-water emulsions, cleansing waters, hair tonics and aftershave preparations.
• It is recommended to add during the cooling phase (at a temperature below 40 °C).
• For oily skin: suitable with niacinamide, zinc PCA, green clay, betaine and light humectants.
• For sensitive skin: combine with panthenol, allantoin, aloe vera and a lower proportion of potentially irritating aromatic components.
• Preservation: when incorporating into an aqueous product, always assess the preservation system of the entire formulation.

• Intended for cosmetic use.
• For sensitive skin, we recommend a tolerance test.
• For dry skin, combine with hydrating components so that the final product does not act as overly tightening.
• For the eye area, children’s cosmetics or very sensitive skin, assess the entire formulation.
• Protect from contamination, light, heat and frost.
• Store in a well-closed container, ideally in a cool, dark place.
• In the finished product, verify pH, stability and preservation.
