The glass vial with dispenser represents an elegant and functional packaging suitable for filling various liquid cosmetic and treatment preparations where more precise dosing and a professional appearance of the final product are important. Thanks to high-quality glass and the integrated dispensing system, the bottle is ideal for products that need to be withdrawn hygienically and in a controlled manner, without unnecessary contact with air.
This type of vial is popular for packing serums, emulsions, oil blends and other formulations where repeated use is required without reducing the quality of the contents. The packaging is designed to support longer stability of the filled product and to facilitate its everyday application.
This packaging is supplied as a bottle + dispenser combination, so it is ready for immediate use without the need to additionally select a closure. The packaging and closure combinations that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend performing your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), so that you can be sure that the packaging will work optimally with your product even during long-term use.
All technical parameters of the packaging are given in the enclosed Packaging Quality Certificate and in the product parameters.
Yes, the packaging can be reused if hygienic principles are observed. However, before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the dispensing component, so that no microbial contamination occurs and the stability of the new formulation is not affected. For disinfection, we recommend using suitable alcohol-based preparations, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, and allowing all parts to dry completely before refilling.
We recommend disassembling the dispensing part only to the extent allowed by its construction without the use of force. It is advisable to wash the outer surfaces with a mild cleaning agent and rinse with drinking water. You can then briefly rinse the component with a suitable alcohol solution and let it air dry in a clean environment. Avoid prolonged immersion of spring or sealing components in aggressive cleaning solutions, so that their functionality is not affected.
The vial with dispenser is most suitable for low- to medium-viscosity preparations, such as liquid serums, light oil blends, fluid emulsions or tonics. The dispensing mechanism is designed to allow precise and comfortable withdrawal of a small amount of product with each press. For very thick formulations we recommend testing the flow and dosing before the final filling of the entire production batch.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it responsibly according to the material types specified in the product parameters. The glass part should be placed in a glass container after removal of any remaining contents. The dispensing mechanism and any plastic or metal components need to be sorted according to the material designation in accordance with local waste sorting rules. Before disposal, it is advisable to rinse the packaging in order to minimize the residual content of active substances in the waste.
To choose a suitable packaging, we recommend using the extended filter, which you can find at the top of the page after clicking on a specific packaging category. Within the filter you can conveniently narrow down the offer according to parameters such as neck type, total size, colour or packaging material. Thanks to the combination of several filters you will quickly find bottles, vials, jars or pots that best meet the technical requirements and design of your product.
