Elegant clear glass combined with high-quality dispensing enables clean, controlled application and supports the premium perception of the product. This type of bottle is ideal for formulations where precise dosing, content stability and preservation of the aesthetic appearance of the packaging are important.
Thanks to the glass used, the content is protected in a stable, chemically resistant container that does not react with common cosmetic and technical formulations. The glossy pump ensures comfortable, hygienic and economical use of the product, which is especially important for concentrated serums, oils or special active components. A bottle designed in this way is suitable for home and professional use, small production batches as well as trial packs.
This product is a combination of bottle and pump prepared for direct use, so it does not require a separate choice of closure. Combinations of packaging and closures created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always performing your own compatibility test (tightness, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation) to make sure that the packaging works reliably with your specific product throughout the entire period of use.

Yes, the packaging is suitable for most common cosmetic oils, serums and slightly viscous preparations where precise dosing of a small amount of product is required. Before final implementation, we recommend testing the behaviour of the specific formulation – in particular the smoothness of dosing, texture stability over time and whether the pump delivers the desired amount of product with one press.
The packaging can be reused if strict hygiene principles are followed. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean and disinfect the bottle and the pump, ideally with a suitable alcohol such as isopropyl alcohol or ethanol. For disinfection you can use the products IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol and Etanol 96 % denaturovaný rastlinný, which you can find in the Handymade range (IPA 99 % isopropyl alkohol 1 l, Etanol 96 denaturovaný rastlinný 1 l). After applying the disinfectant, let all parts dry completely and only then refill the packaging.
Before starting production or filling a larger quantity, we recommend filling one or several bottles with the final formulation and monitoring them under real conditions of use. Focus on checking the tightness (whether the content is not leaking around the pump), the functionality of pressing over time, changes in the appearance of the content (discolouration, haze, change in odour) and any clogging of the dispensing mechanism. It is advisable to carry out the testing at the temperatures and under the conditions in which the product will be stored and used.
You can clean the glass part of the bottle by hand with warm water and a suitable detergent, and then we recommend rinsing with distilled water and disinfecting with alcohol. For the pump, avoid prolonged soaking in hot water or aggressive cleaning solutions that could affect the sealing or elasticity of the plastic parts. After cleaning, it is important to let all components dry thoroughly at room temperature and only then reassemble them and use them for a new product.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the container intended for glass after removing product residues and separating it from the closure. The pump, which contains plastic and metal components, must be sorted according to the instructions of the local waste collection system – it often belongs in mixed waste or plastic waste depending on the specific rules. Before putting it into the appropriate container, it is advisable to remove as much product residue as possible to make recycling effective.
