The glass bottle with sprayer is a professional packaging solution intended for filling cosmetic preparations, serums and other liquid formulations where precise and hygienic application is important. High-quality glass in combination with a functional sprayer creates a reliable container that helps protect the product composition from external influences and supports its stability during use. The darker glass at the same time helps to reduce light penetration, which is advantageous for sensitive components that may degrade during long-term light exposure. Thanks to its compact design, the bottle is also suitable for travel and supplementary sample packaging.
This glass bottle is supplied as a set with a functional sprayer and is intended for direct use as a ready-to-use dispensing container. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we recommend always carrying out your own compatibility test (sealing, dosing and behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation), especially for products with a higher content of alcohol or active ingredients.

The glass packaging is generally very well tolerated by formulations containing alcohol as well as essential oils, which makes it a suitable container for perfume mists, air fresheners or aromatherapeutic blends. Nevertheless, we recommend that for every new formulation you carry out your own stability and sprayer-functionality test – in particular, check the smoothness of spraying, the tightness of the closure and the behaviour of the product after longer storage.
The packaging can be reused provided that correct hygiene principles are observed and thorough cleaning is carried out between individual uses. Before each new filling, the bottle and the sprayer must be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, ideally using a suitable alcohol, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After rinsing, allow all parts to dry completely. When changing the type of product (for example from perfume mist to facial toner), we recommend first testing whether any fragrance or residues of the previous formulation remain in the sprayer.
Before re-use, we recommend rinsing the bottle with warm water and a suitable cleaning agent, then rinsing thoroughly with clean water and allowing it to drain. After mechanical cleaning, the packaging must be disinfected – it is practical to use alcohol-based disinfectants, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based, which help to remove remaining impurities and micro-organisms. For the sprayer, we recommend flushing the dip tube and mechanism by pressing the sprayer several times with a clean disinfectant liquid, and then allowing it to dry completely.
If you decide not to reuse the packaging, we recommend recycling it according to the material composition specified in the product parameters. The glass part of the bottle can usually be placed in the container designated for glass after removing any remaining contents. The sprayer and any plastic or metal components must be separated and sorted in accordance with local rules for recycling plastics and metals, or placed in mixed waste if the local separation system does not allow another procedure. Before handing over for recycling, we recommend rinsing the packaging so that no product residues remain.
