Before each new filling it is necessary to clean the bottle thoroughly and then disinfect it with a suitable alcohol-based preparation, for example IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or Ethanol 96 % denatured vegetable. Packaging prepared in this way minimizes the risk of microbial contamination and is suitable for refilling.

How to clean the glass bottle properly before first use?

Before the first filling we recommend rinsing the bottle with water, if necessary washing it with a suitable cleaning agent intended for laboratory or cosmetic equipment, and then rinsing it very thoroughly. After drying it is suitable to disinfect the inner surface with alcohol (for example with products available on Handymade) and let it ventilate thoroughly. Only then is the packaging ready for safe use with your product.
