Plastic bottle with black-gold spray pump represents a practical and aesthetic packaging for liquid products where comfortable and even spraying is important. Thanks to the transparent body of the container, you always have a visual overview of the amount of content and the condition of the preparation, which makes it easier to control stock levels as well as dosing when producing smaller and larger batches.
The packaging is designed for filling cosmetic and cleaning products, toners, body, face and hair sprays, but also for technical solutions intended for surface application. The fine spray pump ensures even application to the skin, hair or surfaces, contributing to economical and precise dosing. The combination of a transparent bottle and a decorative black-gold closure supports the professional appearance of the finished product and is also suitable for branded or gift packaging.
This bottle with an integrated black-gold spray pump forms a complete, functional combination of packaging and dosing system. Combinations of packaging and closures that are created directly on Handymade are tested and functional. However, for all combinations we always recommend carrying out a own compatibility test – to verify sealing, dosing, thread stability and the behaviour of the packaging in contact with the specific formulation (viscosity, alcohol content, oil or water base, etc.).

In the case of plastic materials, it is important to follow the recommended storage and use conditions in order to maintain the dimensional stability of the container as well as the reliability of the functional parts of the spray pump.
The packaging can be used repeatedly with proper handling and without visible damage, always in compliance with strict hygiene principles. Before each new filling, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the bottle and the spray pump and then disinfect them, ideally using alcohol such as IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. Only after complete drying is the packaging suitable for refilling.
We first recommend rinsing the packaging mechanically with a suitable cleaning agent and warm (not boiling) water to remove residues of the original product. It is then advisable to rinse both the bottle and the spray pump with an alcohol solution, for example using IPA 99 % isopropyl alcohol or ethanol 96 % denatured plant-based. After disinfection, let all parts dry freely at room temperature. The packaging is not suitable for washing in a dishwasher or for exposure to very high temperatures, in order to prevent deformation or deterioration of the function of the spray pump.
If you decide not to use the bottle any further, we recommend recycling it according to the type of plastic material listed in the product parameters directly on the website. Before placing it in sorted waste, it is advisable to empty the packaging and minimize product residues. Then separate the bottle from the spray pump (if possible) and place both parts in the appropriate container for plastics according to local recycling rules. Always follow the recycling recommendations listed with the product to ensure correct material sorting.
The bottle with spray pump is most suitable for liquid and low-viscosity formulations that need to be applied in the form of a fine mist or sprayed film. These include, for example, facial and floral waters, toners, refreshing and thermal sprays, hair and styling sprays, hand disinfectant solutions, room and textile sprays, or light cleaning solutions. For thicker or highly oily formulas, it is always necessary to test dosing and the functionality of the spray pump on a small trial sample.
