This is a ready-made set: a clear plastic bottle in the shape of a vial with a nominal volume of 10 ml and a black atomiser with a smoke-tinted cap, which is screwed directly onto the bottle. Nothing needs to be bought separately or matched — just fill the packaging and use it. It is suitable wherever you need to apply a small amount of liquid product as a fine mist: for samples and testers for customers, travel-size toners or facial mists, eau de parfum and fragrance trials, room refreshers, or thin water-based and alcohol-based solutions.

The bottle is made of PET, making it lightweight, unbreakable, and safe to carry in a handbag, toiletry bag or suitcase. The transparent material shows both the colour and the remaining volume of the contents, which is practical for samples and testers. The smoke-tinted cap protects the atomiser head from dust and accidental activation during transport.

What the set is suitable for

The atomiser works reliably with thin, liquid contents. It delivers the best results with water-based and alcohol-based products:

• facial toners, hydrosols and mists for skin or hair,
• eau de parfum, eau de cologne and fragrance samples with an alcohol base,
• room or fabric sprays in small trial quantities,
• light hair sprays without thickeners,
• water-based serum samples with low viscosity.

Thick serums, gels, emulsions and pure vegetable oils are not suitable for this atomiser. The atomiser cannot draw them up evenly, the mist turns into a stream, and the nozzle clogs. For viscous products, a dropper bottle or jar is more appropriate.

Nominal and total volume

The nominal volume is the amount the bottle is designed for under normal filling conditions. The total volume to the brim is slightly larger, as it includes the space in the neck. The difference between them is the allowance for the dip tube and the body of the atomiser, which occupy part of the internal space once screwed in, and for the expansion of the contents with changes in temperature. The bottle should therefore be filled to the nominal volume, not to the brim. An overfilled container will overflow when the atomiser is screwed on, and alcohol-based contents may be pushed into the nozzle when heated.

Good to know

The set as a whole is declared as suitable for contact with cosmetics; the declaration of conformity is available at the product listing. Only the bottle holds a certificate for direct food contact on its own. The atomiser does not, so the set as a whole is intended for cosmetic and fragrance products, not for food.

Clear PET does not protect the contents from light. For products sensitive to UV radiation — such as those containing essential oils, vitamins or plant extracts — the set is most suitable as a short-term sample or travel packaging. Keep the container out of direct sunlight, and for longer storage prefer dark glass.

PET tolerates water-based solutions and the common alcohol concentrations typical of eau de parfum and toners. With a high proportion of undiluted essential oils, essences or solvents, verify the material's behaviour with a test fill, as some components may soften or cloud the plastic. A short test of seal integrity and dispensing with the specific formulation is also recommended, especially if you plan to ship the set by post.

Before the first fill, rinse the bottle with clean water, disinfect it with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol, and leave it to dry completely upside down. Flush the atomiser with several presses of clean water followed by alcohol. The set can be reused, but whenever you change the contents, clean it thoroughly to prevent fragrances from mixing and residue from clogging the nozzle. A narrow label adheres well to the smooth cylindrical wall; you will find the dimensions for label design in the product parameters.

When sorting waste, separate the PET bottle from the polypropylene atomiser and dispose of each according to the rules in your municipality.
