Clear Plastic Bottle, Silver White Spray, 10 ml

A ready-made set for a small amount of a liquid product that is applied by spraying. The 10 ml plastic medicine bottle already has a white and silver fine mist sprayer fitted, so there is no need to choose a closure separately. It is suitable for facial toners, hydrosols, refreshing sprays, alcohol solutions or perfumed waters. The small volume makes it ideal for samples, travel packs or for testing a new recipe before larger production.

The bottle is made of PET. It is lightweight, and the clear walls let you see both the colour and the amount of content remaining. The set is declared suitable for contact with cosmetic products. Only the bottle on its own has a certificate for direct food contact; the set as a whole is intended for cosmetics.

What it is suitable for

• Toners and hydrosols – the sprayer disperses thin water-based liquids into a fine mist that spreads evenly over the skin.
• Refreshing and hair sprays – light water-based or water-alcohol mixtures without thickeners.
• Alcohol solutions – for example hand sprays or perfumed waters with a lower proportion of essential oils. We recommend checking compatibility with the specific content in the finished formulation.
• Samples and travel packs – 10 ml is enough for a few days of use or for customers to try out a product.

Sprayer and application

One press releases a small measured dose, which in a 10 ml pack means dozens of applications. The mechanism works best with thin, watery contents. Oils, thick serums or emulsions will not be dispersed into a mist. With a thicker liquid, it produces a stream or the valve becomes clogged over time, so for such contents a dropper or a pump is more suitable.

Volume and filling

The nominal volume is the volume the bottle is designed for under normal filling. The physical volume up to the neck is larger, and this difference provides a reserve for the sprayer’s dip tube and for the expansion of the content when the temperature changes. For this reason, fill up to the nominal volume, not to the brim. When filling through the narrow neck, a funnel or a syringe without a needle will help, so the content does not spill and the thread stays clean.

Good to know

Before the first filling, we recommend washing the bottle and the sprayer, disinfecting them with isopropyl alcohol or ethanol and letting them dry completely. Residual water in the tube could dilute the content or reduce the microbiological stability of a preservative-free product.

Clear PET lets light through. Store hydrosols, contents with essential oils or contents with light-sensitive active ingredients away from direct sunlight, or choose dark packaging for them. PET is also not intended for aggressive solvents and concentrated essential oils. With higher proportions of such ingredients, check in advance whether the material softens or turns cloudy.

For recycling, the bottle belongs with plastic as PET. The sprayer combines PP and aluminium, so it is separated from the bottle before disposal.
